All Menus come with buns, butter, gravy, pickle tray and appropriate condiments.
They are served with REAL plates and utensils. Coffee and Tea stations will have a extra charge of $1.25 per person and are served with styrofoam cups.
We can also make meat trays, vegetable trays, pickle tray, and dainty trays as well as a aossortment of salads for your house parties or famliy gatherings upon three days notice. Picked up or possibly delivered depending on staffing.
Head table guests will be served, if requested at no extra charge, remaining guest are served buffet style.
NOTE: we are able to do other specialized menus for groups, just contact us to arrange a meeting for a individual menu.
